Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
Develop extensions (V2.0) and event-driven customizations adhering to Microsoft best practices.
Integrate Business Central with third-party applications via APIs, web services (SOAP/ODATA), and Azure functions.
Handle data migration using configuration packages, RapidStart Services, and custom import routines.
Work with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments, including debugging in Visual Studio Code.
Write technical documentation, including architecture design, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
Collaborate with functional consultants to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in AL development for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Previous experience with C/AL in Dynamics NAV is a strong plus.

• Proficient in API development, integration, and web services (REST/SOAP/ODATA).

• Strong understanding of BC data model, table extensions, page customizations, and permissions.

• Experience with report development using RDLC and Word layout.

• Familiarity with Azure Services, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).

• Knowledge of SQL Server, Jet Reports, or Excel-based reporting (optional).

• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and managing Dev/Test/Prod pipelines.
