Microsoft 365 Solution Architect (Only Immediate Joiner)

Microsoft 365 (M365) Solution Architect Experience Required:

Minimum 15+ years in relevant domains Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune Who are we looking for? We are seeking a seasoned M365 Solution Architect to lead the presales & design, deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to meet strategic customer objectives. This senior-level role demands deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Embed, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, Azure, Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural vision and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient M365 solutions. Key Responsibility Areas o Architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business goals. o Develop scalable, secure, and compliant environments using M365 services.

• Lead M365 deployments, upgrades, and migrations across workloads.
• Prepare and maintain HLD/LLD documentation for solution delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to technical teams.
• Guide complex implementations and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Define and enforce governance policies for M365 usage and administration.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and availability.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., usability, maintainability) are met.
• Stay current with M365 updates and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Establish and promote best practices for M365 architecture and operations.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all M365 implementations. Required Skills & Expertise Experience: 15+ years in IT with 8+ years in M365 architecture, design, and migration. Platform Expertise: Office 365, SharePoint Online/Embed, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Azure, Windows 11. Migration Tools: Proficiency in Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, etc. Exchange Expertise: Deep knowledge of Exchange & Outlook (2010/2016/2019). Scripting: Advanced PowerShell scripting for Exchange Online and other M365 workloads. Troubleshooting: Strong skills in mail routing, archiving, journaling, and backup solutions. Documentation: Ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
