Description

We are seeking a Microbiology Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiological testing and analysis, and will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct microbial analysis and testing of samples from various sources including clinical, environmental, and industrial.
Develop and optimize microbiological methods and protocols for laboratory testing.
Maintain accurate records of laboratory work and results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbiological testing and instrumentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of microbial culture techniques and laboratory safety protocols.
Proficiency in using microbiological testing equipment and software.
Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, sequencing, and bioinformatics.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
