Job Overview:

Microbiologist Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise
microbiological testing
of products and raw materials.
Conduct
water testing
, environmental monitoring, and sterility testing according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with
ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulatory standards
.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare reports for management review.
Troubleshoot deviations, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and mentor microbiology staff, ensuring training and adherence to protocols.
Support audits and inspections related to microbiology and laboratory operations.
