Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microbiology Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in diagnosing and monitoring infectious diseases by performing microbial culture, identification, and antibiotic sensitivity testing. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) using aseptic techniques
• Perform microbial culturing, identification, and antibiotic sensitivity testing
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (incubators, autoclaves, microscopes)
• Ensure quality control and adhere to laboratory protocols and infection control standards
• Accurately document and report test results using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Stay current with microbiology advancements and lab best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
