MICE Sr. Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a successful MICE sales strategy to grow revenue
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients
  • Create compelling proposals, conduct persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end event delivery—from ideation through execution
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Attend trade shows, networking events and industry forums to promote the company's MICE offerings


Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA Sales, Marketing or Hospitality Management
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sales
  • Deep knowledge of the Mumbai Corporate MICE market
