MICE Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

MICE Operations & Event Planning

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute

    corporate events, team-building activities, off-sites, conferences, and incentive trips

    .
  • Develop and manage

    end-to-end event logistics

    , including venue selection, accommodation, transportation, F&B, and technical setup.
  • Source and coordinate with

    local DMCs

    to create seamless travel and event experiences.
  • Handle

    hotel contracting

    to negotiate the best rates, terms, and conditions.
  • Design and develop

    detailed itineraries, costing, and quotations

    for corporate clients for both domestic and international destinations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events by overseeing all logistical and operational aspects.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with corporate clients to understand their event objectives and provide customized MICE solutions.
  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and vendors.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure flawless execution.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist the sales team in

    pitching and presenting

    MICE proposals to corporate clients.
  • Identify opportunities to

    expand MICE business and attract new clients

    .
  • Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and destination updates.

Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to align MICE strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare

    post-event reports, client feedback analysis, and recommendations for improvements

  • Ensure all events comply with legal, safety, and company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

    in MICE operations, corporate event management, or travel & tourism.
  • Strong understanding of

    local DMCs, hotel contracting, itinerary planning, costing, and quotations for domestic and international MICE events

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and client-handling skills

    with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage

    multiple events simultaneously

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    venues, hotels, resorts, and corporate travel arrangements

    .
  • Comfortable with frequent travel

    for on-site event coordination.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM tools, and event management software

    is a plus.
