Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization and design of high-quality visual assets for branding and marketing materials, including key visuals for events, print collaterals, digital collaterals, and multimedia assets. - Translate briefs from different departments into engaging visual solutions within the brand's guidelines while effectively communicating the messages. - Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team; manage agency partners and vendors. - Collaborate with business units, sales, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. - Coordinate with regional and divisional marketing functions to leverage best practices and shared assets. - Define and manage the country marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic priorities. - Align with global/regional KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Management. - 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
