Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a small team of Integration Consultants as the Manager of the Global Integration Team. Your primary focus will be on building scalable and repeatable technical solutions to ensure successful implementation of UKG customers and address their integration needs. By collaborating with various teams within the Technical Shared Services team, you will ensure that integrations, workflows, and reports required during the implementation process are handled with a Customer First approach. Your role will involve effectively deploying team resources to provide integrations, workflows, and reports in a timely and efficient manner, while also balancing the need for supportability with customer customization requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering a culture of highly engaged employees through development facilitation, continuous learning, clear directions, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the strategy for deploying integrations, workflows, and reports using SQL/Boomi, Activiti, BIRT, or similar tools. - Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement new interfaces, workflows, and reports between 3rd party systems and Ultimate/Dimensions software. - Document and enforce best practices for executing and maintaining integration processes within the team. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and overall Customer Experience. - Provide reporting on team productivity, performance, defect root causes, and deliverable forecasts. - Anticipate and address potential problems affecting the team, develop optimal solutions, and manage escalated situations effectively. - Encourage feedback from team members, peers, and supervisors to enhance operations, efficiency, and personal development. - Lead efforts to improve processes and efficiencies within the business environment, fostering a culture of risk-taking and innovation. - Travel to various locations for team meetings, strategic planning, and management-level discussions. - Onboard resources, drive initiatives, train the team, and handle escalations as necessary. Qualifications: - Experience in managing direct reports with technical leadership responsibilities. - Proficiency in Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. - Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving change and process improvements. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and dynamic environments. - Demonstrated leadership skills and effective collaboration within project teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals at all organizational levels. - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.,
