Mfg Engineer, Intermediate

highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME)

You will be at the center of efforts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and technological advancement, working closely with engineering, IT, application teams, and external partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a

  technical lead and SME

  on CSM infrastructure and lifecycle compliance projects.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical and process challenges using analytical and empirical problem-solving techniques.
• Lead the development of innovative solutions and drive them to successful implementation.
• Define and manage

  project plans

  , schedules, and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as a technical liaison with third-party vendors to ensure process alignment and successful engagements.
• Provide

  mentorship, coaching, and guidance

  to team members on both technical and process-related matters.
• Lead forums and represent engineering in compliance and lifecycle discussions.
• Ensure successful integration and maintenance of CSM tools in the broader

  ERP and PLM ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree

  in

  Electronics Engineering

  or related field.

• 3+ years

  of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, lifecycle process management, or related areas.
• Deep expertise in

  commodity knowledge

  ,

  manufacturing processes

  , and

  compliance standards

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  Keysight's CSM environment

  and

  Life Cycle & Environmental Regulations

  .
• Strong grasp of

  data and process flow in ERP systems

  (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Basic knowledge of

  PLM systems

  and experience with PLM queries.
• Expert-level skills in

  Microsoft Excel/Access

  for data analysis and management.
• Familiarity with

  IPC/JEDEC standards

  and global regulatory frameworks (RoHS, REACH, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and manage

  cross-functional and international teams

• Strong

  project management

  experience, including task tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.

Desirable Qualifications

• Certifications in
