Responsibilities :

Handling Car Body Shop (CBS) related Quality inspectionProblem-solving through QRQC/8DPreparation of Quality checksheet, Control planResponsible for the preparation of Car history book and relevant Quality recordsResponsible for KPI monitoring & Driving for improvement.Responsible for shop Quality Improvements with the involvement of Cross-Functional Team members.Responsible for different kind of Quality Animation Boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Industrial Quality, preferably in the Heavy fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of Quality principles and practices.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills & Soft Skills
• Ability to handle the internation customers.
• AWS(American Welding Society)-CWI(Certified Welding Inspecter) / CSWIP 3.1 with NDT Level-2 will be added advantage.
• Visual Testing, Penetrant testing,Ultra sonic testing and Radiography test.
