Metallurgist

You will be part of Motherson Health & Medical, a company dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable healthcare solutions globally. As a skilled Metallurgist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and performance of our super alloy products. You will develop and implement advanced manufacturing techniques for super alloys like Kovar, Inconel, Ceramic, Nickel, TZM, Molybdenum, Zirconium in various processes including joining, cleaning, deep draw, stamping, and machining. Your role will involve conducting research to improve existing processes, analyzing metallurgical data to identify trends and failures, and collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot quality issues. To succeed in this role, you should have a PHD/Masters or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in super alloy joining, cleaning, stamping, deep draw, and machining. Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles, advanced manufacturing techniques, statistical process control, and quality control methods is essential. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
