About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Integration Expert to lead the development, integration, and

optimization of solutions across Meta platforms Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta APIs, automation workflows, and bot

integrations to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

? Integrate and manage Meta APIs (Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API, WhatsApp

Business API).

? Develop and maintain Meta Bots for customer interaction, lead qualification, and support.

? Configure and optimize Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and audience targeting.

? Collaborate with marketing and product teams to automate lead capture and data flow into

CRM/ERP systems.

? Ensure compliance with Meta platform policies and data privacy regulations.

? Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain documentation for workflows.

? Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Strong knowledge of Meta API architecture and Webhook integrations.

? Hands-on experience with bot platforms (ManyChat, Dialogflow, Botpress, or similar).

? Proficiency in Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar backend technologies for API development.

? Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.

? Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.

? Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
