We are looking for an experienced data driven individual to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google PPC, landing page optimization, AI-driven marketing tools, and YouTube optimization. This role involves end-to-end campaign management with a strong focus on performance, conversion, and innovation through AI. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities including developing and implementing campaign strategies, managing budgets, analyzing data, coordinating events, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. • Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics. • Develop and implement A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and landing pages. • Leverage AI tools to forecast performance and improve campaign outcomes. • Utilize RTB and display ad networks for lead generation and brand visibility. 2. AI-Driven Marketing • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AdCreative.ai for high-performing ad creatives and copy. • Apply predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Albert AI, Pencil) to optimize ad performance. • Automate audience segmentation and targeting through AI insights. 3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization • Optimize landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress. • Execute CRO initiatives with tools like Hotjar and Google Optimize. • Ensure landing pages are SEO-optimized and conversion-focused. 4. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking • Monitor and report key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and engagement. • Create actionable dashboards and custom reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. 5. CRM Integration & Funnel Management • Integrate CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho with digital campaigns. • Customize dashboards to track campaign KPIs and build lead funnels for the sales team. • Generate detailed performance reports aligned with business objectives. Web : https://harekrishnacharities.org Qualifications & Skills Required : • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Meta and Google Ads management. • Proficiency in landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages). • Experience with AI tools for ad creation and performance analysis. • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and GA4. • Working knowledge of CRO tools and A/B testing frameworks. • Hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho). • Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in campaign tools and technologies, and experience in team and volunteer management are crucial. • Creative, structured, and strategic mindset with great execution skills. • Ability to multitask and work independently while handling high-priority projects. Preferred : Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot. Experience with programmatic ad platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk). Familiarity with advanced AI tools for competitor analysis, keyword clustering, and performance forecasting (e.g., Albert, Pattern89, Celtra).
