Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ads campaigns. Daily tasks include analyzing ad performance, conducting keyword research, developing and implementing ad strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals. The specialist will also monitor trends and provide regular reports on ad performance and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Monitor analytics, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies and latest trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Meta Ads Management.
• Proven experience in creating and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creatives, and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in Edu tech field is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
