Meta ads Manager

We’re Hiring – Meta Ads Specialist (Permanent WFH)

We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert with 2–3 years of experience to take full ownership of our Meta advertising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and launch campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Build and manage custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.

Continuously test creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance and return on ad spend.

Track campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and Pixel, and prepare regular performance reports with insights.

Collaborate with the design and content team to develop strong ad creatives and copy.

Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.

Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, features, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as leads, sales, and ROAS.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
