Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Associate located in Lucknow. The Meta Ads Associate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns. They will collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals, conduct performance analysis, and make data-driven decisions. The role also involves audience targeting, budget management, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

• Meta (Facebook) Ad Campaign Management and Optimization skills
• Experience in Audience Targeting and Budget Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for Performance Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising Trends and Best Practices
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.

Salary: 15,000-25,000/ m
