Role Overview: As a Meta Ads Expert, your primary responsibility will be to plan, implement, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with the aim of maximizing ROI. You are expected to possess a profound understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad creatives in order to drive engagement and conversions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns that are in line with the business objectives. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and ad placements to enhance performance. - Analyze key performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance. - Monitor ad budgets closely and make adjustments to bids to ensure cost-efficiency and achieve maximum ROI. - Stay abreast of the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm updates to implement best practices. - Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Identify new audience segments and deploy effective targeting strategies to reach them. - Troubleshoot and resolve any ad-related issues to ensure seamless campaign execution. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns effectively. - Sound knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. - Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager. - Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making informed, data-driven decisions. - Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize ad spending effectively. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients. - Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple campaigns concurrently. - Familiarity with third-party tracking and reporting tools would be an added advantage.,
