MeshBA - Software Project Lead

As a Software Project Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL. You will also integrate and manage IoT devices within software systems and work on projects in the traffic domain, applying your domain knowledge. Your tasks will involve managing workflows and tasks using Jira, deploying and managing applications on Azure/AWS, and communicating with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback. Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain project quality. You should be ready to learn new skills, support extended hours and weekends based on project/client demand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL - Integrate and manage IoT devices within software systems - Work on projects in the traffic domain - Manage workflows and tasks using Jira - Deploy and manage applications on Azure/AWS - Communicate with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback - Ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain project quality - Ready to learn new skills and support extended hours and weekends as per project/client demand Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience in software development - Hands-on experience with IoT devices - Familiarity with traffic domain projects - Proficiency in Jira - Excellent client communication skills You should be proficient in: - .NET Core for developing scalable and secure applications - C# with strong knowledge of OOP principles, multithreading, and design patterns - Blazor for building web applications - SQL for database design, optimization, and querying - Entity Framework/Core for ORM database interactions - Web API Development for RESTful API design and implementation - Azure for cloud deployment, resource management, and DevOps - React for front-end development and integration - IoT Integration with experience in device communication and protocols like MQTT - Version Control using Git and source control workflows Please note that the above details are as per the job description provided and are subject to change based on the company's requirements.,
