As a Software Project Lead, your role involves developing and managing applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL. You will be responsible for integrating and managing IoT devices within software systems. Working on projects in the traffic domain and applying domain knowledge will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will manage workflows and tasks using Jira, deploy and manage applications on Azure/Aws, and communicate effectively with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback. Your commitment to ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and maintaining project quality is crucial. Additionally, you should be ready to learn new skills, support extended hours and weekends as per project/client demand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage applications using .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL. - Integrate and manage IoT devices within software systems. - Work on projects in the traffic domain, applying domain knowledge. - Manage workflows and tasks using Jira. - Deploy and manage applications on Azure/Aws. - Communicate effectively with clients for updates, requirements, and feedback. - Ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain project quality. - Ready to learn new skills, support extended hours, and work weekends as per project/client demand. Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience in software development. - Hands-on experience with IoT devices. - Familiarity with traffic domain projects. - Proficiency in Jira. - Excellent client communication.
