Your Role
Domain experience in Pharma/MetalsLead MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domainsStrong understanding of manufacturing processesExperience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, functional design and client advisoryThis role requires cross functional collaboration, deep system understanding and strong communication skillsLead workshops with clients and cross-functional (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT) stake holders for requirements gatheringConduct business process assessments and fit-gap analysis for manufacturing operationsDocument URS (User requirements specifications) and FRS (Functional requirements specifications)Document AS-IS and TO-BE processesTranslate business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutionsCollaborate with product vendors to map system functionalities with client specific requirements/workflowsMES product hands on experience in pharma and metal domainsCandidate shall have 6 12 years of experience in MES solution consulting, implementation/configuration.Willingness to travel and work with global stake holders
