Requirements: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a MERN Stack developer. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux. - Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js. - Experience with MongoDB and database design. - Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. - Familiarity with Git and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
