MERN Stack Faculty

We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Faculty to train students and professionals in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical training sessions that help learners gain real-world skills.

Pay: 12,000.00 25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, projects, and assessments.
Guide students in completing their academic projects, including project design, coding, debugging, and implementation support.
Monitor student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and training quality.
Mentor students in building real-time projects and preparing for placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Good understanding of Git/GitHub, frontend frameworks, and database design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or Redux.
Experience with deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
Ability to create and manage capstone projects and live coding sessions.
