MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with over 4 years of experience to take a leadership role in driving the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, as well as team management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. As the MERN Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure project goals are achieved. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, implement RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services. Your role will involve managing and guiding the team using Agile/Scrum methodologies, working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, and delivering quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development, with proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript. Strong expertise in React.js with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API is required, along with experience in Node.js and building scalable backend applications. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture is beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of database design and management using MongoDB and MySQL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred, along with familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. Prior experience in leading a development team, Agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Preferred skills include experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress, familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment automation, and exposure to UI/UX principles and responsive design.,
