Job Title : MERN Full Stack Developer

Location : Remote

Position Type : Full-time

Working Hours : IST (5:00 PM 2:00 AM)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development efforts for our US-based client.

This role requires expertise in building and scaling full-stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

Lead the integration and management of APIs and third-party services.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Skills Required

JavaScript & ES6+ : Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, including ES6+ features.

Frontend Frameworks : Extensive experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Backend Technologies : Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

API Development : Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Version Control : Proficient in Git and familiar with branching strategies.

DevOps Tools : Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Cloud Services : Familiarity with AWS or Azure for cloud deployments and management.

Tooling & Testing : Understanding of Webpack, Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

Security : Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and implementation of security best practices.

Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
