Mern Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development

  :
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

  .
• Collaborate with product teams to implement new features and optimize existing ones.

• Database Management

  :
• Create and manage efficient NoSQL databases using MongoDB, including performance optimization and schema design.

• API Development

  :
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Frontend Development

  :
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and related libraries.

• Testing & Debugging

  :
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high-quality code.
• Debug production issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

• Collaboration

  :
• Work with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

• Code Quality

  :
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience

  :
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the

  MERN stack

  (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Frontend Proficiency

  :
• Expertise in React.js, Redux (or equivalent state management), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Backend Expertise

  :
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js.
• Experience with authentication mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, etc.

• Database

  :
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation framework.

• DevOps

  :
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.

• Testing Frameworks

  :
• Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or similar testing tools.

• Version Control

  :
• Proficiency in Git and working with distributed teams using tools like GitHub or GitLab.

• Problem-Solving

  :
• Strong analytical skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.

• Communication

  :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building

  SaaS

  platforms or products targeted at

  clients.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
