Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Create reusable, testable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Manage database design, schema creation, and query optimization in MongoDB.
• Collaborate with team members using Agile methodologies for planning, development, and testing.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews to maintain high code quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, or Context API).
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Experience working with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, schema design).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.
• Experience with deployment tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
