About the Client: You are looking to join one of India's fastest-growing tech-enabled clean energy startups, founded in 2015, which shifted its focus to residential rooftop solar around 2020. About the Role: As an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN), you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, driving scalable architecture, and mentoring engineers. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions within a dynamic startup environment. Location: Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable MERN stack applications. - Drive architectural decisions, implement best practices, and ensure system security. - Maintain high availability, fault tolerance, and observability within the applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features seamlessly. - Mentor junior engineers and keep technical documentation up to date. - Optimize cloud infrastructure for enhanced performance and cost efficiency. Requirements: - 5-8 years of experience as a full stack developer with a strong MERN expertise. - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and working with REST APIs. - Hands-on experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes. - Strong grasp of monitoring, CI/CD practices, and system design principles. - Leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring and guiding teams effectively.
