Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) - MERN
Notice PeriodImmediate to 1 month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical design and development of apps using React JS and Node JS
2. Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality software delivery
3. Champion Software Engineering best practices and Center of Excellence standards
4. Collaborate with Team Lead to design and develop solutions
5. Promote a "Fail Fast, Learn Faster" culture and encourage experimentation
6. Drive continuous improvement and learning within the team
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Strong expertise in React JS and Node JS
2. Proven experience in Azure (preferred), GCP, or AWS cloud technologies
3. Great understanding of Microservices Architecture
4. Experience in Agile environment (build tools, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
5. Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
7. Experience working in a multi-location team
