MERN Developer (Web Engineer)

As a MERN Developer at the company, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing full-stack web applications. You will design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure or Google Cloud, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality, secure code delivery. Your role will also involve managing authentication and authorization protocols, handling API-first integration patterns, and contributing to digital platform support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications. - Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure or Google Cloud. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy applications using modern design patterns (SOA, API-Centric Design, Twelve-Factor App, FAIR). - Participate in CI/CD processes, ensuring high-quality, secure code delivery (TDD, DevSecOps). - Manage authentication and authorization protocols, ensuring secure application access. - Handle API-first integration patterns and ecosystem development. - Contribute to digital platform support, including integrations, release management, regression testing, and data obfuscation. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of engineering experience in web development. - Strong hands-on coding skills. - Experience with modern web technologies and cloud-native design patterns. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will need to have expertise in React JS, Node.js, Next.js, Nests, TypeScript, JavaScript, and API development and integrations/CD tools and pipelines. Additionally, knowledge of Kubernetes, experience with SaaS, Cots, and custom-developed applications, and familiarity with release and regression testing processes would be beneficial. Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of being on a contractual/temporary basis for a contract length of 24 months. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of a remote or in-person work location.
