Description
Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in onboarding merchants onto Meta platforms and managing technical integrations with partners to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the performance of integrated services and product experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Support partner integrations by engaging with partners to onboard to Meta's platforms and products, aligning on integration models and specifications, and assisting internal teams in resolving partner-facing issues. - Manage integration projects by tracking and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, generating regular reports on integration status, addressing and escalating integration issues, and driving technical conversations with partners. - Lead integration testing efforts, test and report issues, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and guide merchants through the technical details of Meta's platform and products during onboarding. - Collaborate with partner teams to drive timely planning, track progress, close open issues, manage risks, and coordinate technical communication with partners. Willingness to travel to partner locations for integrations or issue resolutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, site reliability, DevOps, vendor support, etc. - Prior experience in any programming language and writing SQL for troubleshooting/data analysis. - Understanding of troubleshooting issues with integrations (API, HTTP, REST, JSON, etc.). - Excellent communication skills to manage technical communication with partners and internal teams effectively. - Ability to quickly grasp products and partner integrations, and flexibility to work during odd hours if required due to outages or system issues at the partner end.
