Merchandising Manager-Wovens

Role Overview: As a Merchandiser at Inventre, you will play a crucial role in managing product development, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth operations across procurement, approvals, and reconciliation. Your responsibilities will include handling sales kit samples, managing patterns, preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), coordinating samples & approvals, overseeing cutting programs, factory follow-ups, and maintaining records. Your strong knowledge of product handling, vendor management, and school-centric requirements will be key in successfully fulfilling your role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales kit samples and new developments as per school requirements. - Ensure each product/size/component matches pattern and measurements. - Prepare and share Bill of Material (BOM) with the procurement team. - Follow Proto, Size Set & PP samples with vendors and maintain approval records. - Ensure CAD and fabric consumption accuracy before cutting to control wastage. - Track daily production, fabric dispatch, trims, and accessory requirements. - Maintain inward & outward records accurately. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or Supply Chain Management preferred. - Experience: 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel, uniforms, or institutional product manufacturing. - Skillset: Strong knowledge of product sampling, patterning, and production cycles. Proficiency in vendor coordination and procurement processes. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
