Merchandiser & BTL Support

Location: Gurgaon

Role overview:_

Own on-ground brand presence and lead BTL executionroadshows, mall/RWA/corporate activations, campus events, dealership/retail merchandising. You’ll manage vendors, collateral, permits, staffing, and reporting to deliver high-impact, measurable activations.

What you’ll do:-

• Plan and execute BTL campaigns end-to-end: roadshows, kiosks, events, test-drive days, pop-ups.
• Retail/field merchandising: VM standards, planograms, display audits, and asset upkeep across touchpoints.
• Vendor/agency management: empanelment, negotiations, POs, invoicing, and SLA tracking.
• Ops & logistics: route planning, vehicle and asset movement, staffing and training of promoters.
• Compliance & permissions: coordinate with authorities/venues; ensure safety/SOP adherence.
• Budgeting & ROI: track footfalls, leads, cost per lead; publish daily/weekly MIS and dashboards.
• Cross-functional coordination with Brand, Performance, City/Sales teams for demand planning and inventory of collaterals.
• Continuous improvement: activation playbooks, checklists, and audit processes.

What you’ll need (must-haves):_

• 2–6 years in event management/BTL with proven roadshow/activation ownership.
• Strong vendor network and on-ground problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting; PowerPoint for recaps.
• Excellent communication; comfortable in English and Hindi.
