Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between various branches and units, ensuring seamless order processing, timely follow-ups with clients, and maintaining accurate records of dispatch communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with internal branches and production units to ensure smooth workflow.

• Enter and manage sales orders accurately in the system.

• Follow up with customers for delivery updates and payment collection.

• Maintain and track AWB (Air Waybill) numbers and ensure all client communications are properly documented.

• Support in documentation, dispatch planning, and customer service-related tasks.

• Address client queries and resolve order-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / related field).

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising roles.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/sales software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
