Job Description

As the Merchandising Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies. You will be creating eye-catching store layouts that effectively showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company. Negotiating costs of inventory for multiple stores will be a crucial part of your role. You will be responsible for preparing annual and quarterly budgets and presenting them to relevant stakeholders. Tracking inventory movement and introducing promotions, sales, and price changes systematically will be essential to drive business growth. Identifying trends, monitoring supply and demand, and collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas will be key aspects of your job. Moreover, you will be interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on improving figures and enhancing customer engagement. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
