Merchandiser cum workshop manager

As the person responsible for managing product merchandising and overseeing the workshop's production, quality, and delivery, your role involves coordinating with the team for product requirements, samples, and approvals. You will be required to plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines, manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensure product quality and compliance with client specifications, supervise workshop staff and daily operations, and liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely material procurement. Additionally, tracking order progress, preparing reports, and updating management regularly will be part of your responsibilities. You are also expected to control costs and minimize wastage in production.
