Merchandiser

We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser for our company Aham Fabric and Garments PVT Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of products from vendors.
• Follow up with vendors and apply pressure when delivery schedules are not met.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of product quantities received.
• Track and manage purchase orders from placement to delivery.
• Inform the Customer Service team about expected delivery dates.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes.
• Receive and process incoming orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Accounts department to facilitate timely vendor payments.
• Work closely with the Warehouse department to verify stock and supplies.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Effective negotiation skills for dealing with vendors.
• Organizational and time management abilities.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
