Job Description

The MEP Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the campus, including:

Maintenance of approximately 260 toilets across the campus.
Maintenance of 260 bedrooms, including ceiling fans and lighting fixtures.
Servicing and upkeep of 800 study tables and associated electrical sockets.
Operation and maintenance of 4 water pumps, water tanks, storage tanks, and backwash systems.
Maintenance of approximately 75 wash basins within the campus.
Mechanical repairs, including windows, doors, and cupboard lock maintenance.
Support for MEP maintenance across all campuses as required.
Coordination with external manpower when workloads are high or specialized assistance is needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trades.
1–2 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in hostels, educational campuses, or similar facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
