MEP Supervisor - High Raised Buildings
Relevant Experience : 6+Years (International Experience also Required)
Location : Guyana, south America
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Description :

• Should have knowledge and experience in understanding and executing electrical, plumbing and firefighting drawings.
• Ability to take the point to point estimate.
• Should have well experience in coordination with contractors for works. Must know the prevailing labour contract rates.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, LT & HT experience is mandatory
• Knowledge in Plumbing, HVAC, and fire fighting codes.
• Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems.
• Knowledge in Plumbing and firefighting systems and materials"

Responsibilities

• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
• Performing regular inspections of the construction site
• Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
• Organizing work schedules
• Checking work techniques are correct and safe
• Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
• Assisting project managers with planning work activities
• Completing site reports and other records
• Attending site management meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹79,369.56 - ₹115,000.00 per month
