3DConverg is looking to onboard an experienced MEP Shop Drawing Engineer for ongoing, project-based work on a retainer basis.

If you’re technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering precise drawings consistently — this could be the right fit for you.

✅ Role Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in MEP shop drawings (Architecture, Structure & MEP)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a strong plus)

• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and building systems

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Available for continuous project-based collaboration
