Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects. Day-to-day tasks include project management, budgeting, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Plumbing
• Strong skills in Project Management and Budgeting
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is beneficial
