Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for hospital projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of MEP activities.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
Supervise site work, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and procurement coordination.
Ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with overall hospital infrastructure.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Work closely with civil and interior teams to maintain project flow and resolve technical issues.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager on status and deviations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience in project execution and coordination.
Good communication and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
