MEP Project Engineer

As an experienced Construction Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction and finishing of multi-storey office buildings. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and monitoring the execution of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at project sites. - Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and specifications. - Preparing and reviewing AutoCAD drawings for coordination and execution purposes. - Conducting inspections of ongoing and completed work to guarantee quality and compliance. - Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progress. - Preparing daily progress reports, inspection reports, and maintaining project documentation. - Ensuring that safety protocols and company procedures are strictly followed on-site. - Supporting project planning, material management, and work scheduling activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior hands-on experience in the construction and finishing of a multi-storey office building with a minimum height of 20m and an area of 50,000 sqft. - Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in MEP, finishing, etc. - Strong technical skills, including knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures. - Good communication skills essential for effective coordination and reporting. - Unquestionable integrity and honesty in all aspects of the job. In addition to the essential skills and qualifications, you will be working on a full-time basis on a contractual/temporary arrangement with a contract length of 12 months.
