Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed MEP schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align MEP timelines with overall project milestones.
Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual site conditions.
Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and resolve planning-related issues.
Support in resource planning and cost forecasting for MEP works.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP planning for building projects.
Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
