Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and elevators.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance and repair works.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems, identifying areas for improvement or replacement.
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and cost control for MEP-related projects and maintenance activities.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to MEP works.
Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant needs and ensure operational excellence.
Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.
Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance records, compliance reports, and SOPs.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate timely resolution.
