Job Title: MEP – Head of Department (HOD) Location: Bokaro, Jharkhand Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation provided Gender Preference: Male candidates only Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are urgently hiring a MEP HOD to manage and lead all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Safety operations for a large-scale commercial property. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing technical teams and overseeing all facility-related services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 30+ staff including electricians, plumbers, mechanics, and fire & safety personnel. Plan, manage, and maintain MEP systems ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all services. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance, daily reporting, and issue resolution for the team. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. 8+ years of experience in MEP operations, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or large properties. Proven team handling capabilities and leadership qualities. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Stationed full-time in Bokaro; immediate availability is mandatory.
