Job Title: Refinery Manager – Rice Bran Oil Industry Location: Bardhaman, West Bengal Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire refinery operations for rice bran oil processing. Ensure efficient refining processes, including degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and fractionation. Monitor and control production efficiency, quality standards, and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms. Supervise plant maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Manage and lead the refinery team, providing guidance and training as needed. Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams for raw material and finished product quality. Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation. Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in refinery operations in the rice bran oil industry. Strong knowledge of refining processes, quality control, and equipment handling. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize refinery operations. Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
