Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Coordination
: Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
Site Supervision
: Oversee AC installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
System Design & Review
: Prepare load calculations, duct layouts, equipment sizing, and review shop drawings submitted by vendors.
Quality Assurance
: Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of AC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Vendor & Contractor Management
: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation of HVAC equipment.
Compliance
: Ensure all installations meet local building codes, fire safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Cost & Timeline Control
: Monitor project budgets and schedules, highlighting risks and ensuring timely completion

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
: 810 years in HVAC/MEP engineering, with hands-on site experience in real estate or commercial construction projects.
Technical Skills
: Knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, ducting, and BMS integration; proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
Certifications
: ASHRAE membership, LEED accreditation, or equivalent preferred.
