MEP Draftsman

As an MEP Draftsman at our company, your role will involve creating detailed technical drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Your coordination with project teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality outputs consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed technical drawings and layouts for MEP systems in construction projects - Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements - Coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality outputs Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or equivalent technical qualification - 2+ years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably in construction or consultancy - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software - Knowledge of MEP systems and building design standards - Familiarity with BIM modeling tools is an advantage - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively In case you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your resume and portfolio to hrconceptsdesignstudio@gmail.com.
