MEP Coordinator

As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Clients and Architect Teams to gather inputs and requirements for Electro-Mechanical (MEP) Design. You will work closely with the Design team to prepare Concept designs for Electro-Mechanical Services, ensuring the inclusion of detailed deliverables such as Project schedules, Concept Design Documents, Tenders, BOQs, and budgets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Design team and Architects to determine the space requirements for Electro-Mechanical services. Your role will involve reviewing and revising concept designs as necessary before submitting them to Clients and Architects for review. You will guide the design team in presenting these designs and assist in the preparation of Detail design documents, including Drawings, BOQs, and Tenders. Furthermore, you will coordinate with Architects for the approval of Electro-Mechanical layouts and oversee the tendering process with various vendors. In addition to project delivery tasks, you will be involved in guiding the BIM team for modeling according to project requirements, reviewing models and deliverables, and overseeing the development of models from LOD 100 to 500. You will also be responsible for updating BIM standards and templates to align with current market practices and providing training to the BIM team on the latest standards and best practices. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing and developing the Team MEP Coordinators/ MEP Engineers, assessing their skills and competencies, and identifying training requirements. You will also be involved in the development of training materials specific to MEP Coordination services and maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops and professional publications. Your responsibilities will also include planning projects and deliverables consistently, managing self-activities, and ensuring on-time delivery. You will interact with customers to fulfill their requirements, maintain customer relations, and oversee the overall control of projects in terms of on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, quality deliverables, and cost control. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule, fixed shift, and yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
